What do we do?
Our dedicated couriers excel at getting the job done. From Essex to Cardiff, Scotland to Brighton, we aim to deliver whenever and wherever needed, to and from anywhere in the UK (excluding Ireland).
How does this work?
We like to keep it simple and to make it easy for everyone. You can use the buttons above to start writing an email or to make a phone call to discuss your needs.
For a quicker service, please provide as much information as possible in your email. I.e date of collection, to be delivered when, the weight and description of what needs to be delivered etc.
What can we deliver?
We accept anything from letters and boxes to furniture, and more. We can even transport pets on short journeys, provided they are well-behaved! We currently use medium-sized vans, so if it fits and isn’t hazardous or leaking, we’ll probably take it.
For large items, we recommend taking several photos, including references and/or measurements, and emailing them to us at hello@owldeliver.co.uk, along with the collection and delivery details, to obtain a quote.
How much does it cost?
Prices will vary based on the proximity of the nearest available driver, the vehicle used, and the route planned. Typically, a minimum charge of £25 applies, with a fee of 85p per mile based on the total distance of the round trip.
How do I pay?
Payment is required before delivery via bank transfer, online, or if local, in cash upon collection.
Can I get a refund?
You will be entitled to a full refund if the courier has not yet departed to collect the item(s). A partial refund may be granted in other circumstances, at the courier’s discretion.
What else do I need to know?
Although our drivers strive to ensure timely deliveries, they cannot control adverse weather conditions or unexpected traffic events. Consequently, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience caused by major delays resulting from these factors.

*Typically available 24/7, including weekends, out-of-hours, and holidays. If we are not currently accepting enquiries, the website will be updated with a ‘Not in operation’ notice. This may last 24 hours or more, and an advisory date will be provided if the downtime is expected to be extended.
**Calls to 0330 numbers are charged at the standard UK landline rate. We try to keep lines operating 24/7, however, this is dependent on availability of staff. A return call may be made later if we are unavailable to take the call, but this is not always guaranteed. Please be advised calls may be recorded for monitoring and training purposes.
